The kitchen is an open concept design with breakfast counter with stool seating. All stainless steel appliances including refridgerator with ice and water dispenser, dish washer and above stove microwave with fumes extractor.

Adjacent to the kitchen, is the laundry room with pantry, broom cabinet, washer and dryer. All appliances are 220 volts. The entire house is wired both 220v and 110v; therefore it can accommodate United Kingdom, European and American appliances and equipment.

All interior floors in home are 20"x20" porcelain tiles. Most of the home is wheel chair accessible.

The ceramic 12"x12' terra-cotta tiled exterior area comprise of a three car garage which joins a patio leading to the main entrance of the home, then goes around the bedroom, living and dining rooms, also encompassing the 20'x28' swimming pool with a 6'x3' air bubbles whirl pool. The pool deck can accommodate in excess of two hundred guest.

On the pool deck there is a three dolphin bronze fountain which flows to a mini pond, then drains down the sides of a natural stone water-fall to the lower level of a bar area under the gazebo.

Under a part of the pool deck, there is a 50,000 gallon concrete water tank which serves as a reserve in the dry season.

Stepping down from the upper pool deck, there is a lower level with a gazebo and bar area with sink, counter top, wood cabinets for the storage of liquor and glasses.

Under the pool deck there is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment with kitchen and bath room.

In all upper and lower patios, there are planters with tropical plants, including hanging ferns, palms and crotons. The exterior landscape has fox-tail, golden, royal and fan palms, bougainvilleas and many more beautiful flowers.

The interior of the house is lighted by wall scions and chandeliers. The exterior is lighted by all weather and rust proof external fixtures, including the in-step lights; All using energy saving bulbs.

The house is secured by wrought iron sculptural artistic panels in all windows; Alarm system contacts are in all windows and doors with alert chimes when activated. There are eight night vision cameras, strategically placed in a system that allows the owner to view the images on a monitor in the master bedroom. A live in gardener also performs the function of a security officer.

At the entrance to the property, there are two wrought iron gates, each approx. six feet in hight by five feet in width; Both gates open and close in synchrony by remote control.

There is a 200 yard driveway leading up to the yard which can accommodate about twenty parked cars. This entire area is paved with asphalt.

The entire roof area is the Standing Seam System, hurricane tested with winds up to 160 miles per hour. The roof is metallic copper in color and is made of 100% aluminum, therefore non-rusting. Within normal weather patterns, this zero maintenance roof should last beyond a lifetime.

There is a separate unit within the exterior yard of the house, approx 6'x20'. This unit can be used as an exterior kitchen. Ajacent to this, is a storage area for garden tools, garbage bins, etc.

Beneath the main house there is a studio apartment which can be used by a live in house keeper or gardener.

The house is painted in the color almond, trimed with white; Both on the exterior and interior. It was constructed with 8" concrete blocks, poured concrete, mortar and steel, with a superior strenght which would enable the home to with stand all the elements of nature.
