The design is 2 or 3 level splits with 2 or 3 bathroom . The master bedrooms open off to a rooftop terrace with a nice ocean view . We are located on a quiet dead end street, with a 60 ft waterfall at our gate , and being on 3 acres of land there is a lot of wild life that passes through here daily . Titi Monkeys ( see photos ) , White faced Monkeys, dozens of species of birds, and many nocturnal animals fill your mornings and evenings with sounds of the jungle .

We are just min walk into the town of Quepos , just 2 blocks up from the marina , and 10 min drive from the famous Manuel Antonio National Park . In town you will find many fine restaurants , shops , tour companys , and markets. A 5 min walk .
