They are ideal accommodation for business or professional people on secondment to Mackay, or a couple or small family wanting a quality, temporary residence until they find their permanent home. What a fantastic introduction to the tropical Mackay lifestyle!

The property is located in Eimeo Village, 17 km north of the Mackay Centre. It is at the top or beach end of Mango Avenue, at the foot of a headland and is nestled between 2 very quiet beaches.

All 3 homes are set within 1800 m2 (half acre) of lush gardens, beneath a canopy of established palms and tropical and native trees. New lawns, shrubs and ground cover plants were established in the last 12 months.
With views of the garden and/or the Coral Sea, you can drift to sleep listening to the waves breaking gently on the shore.

Eimeo Village
Eimeo is a small and very pretty sea-side village with loads of original charm. In Mango Avenue, the 60 year old mango trees form a magnificent entrance and shaded avenue rising 20m above the street.

The secluded main beach (Eimeo Beach) is less than 100 metres north-east of our property. It is sandy and safe for children, patrolled during school and public holidays. BBQ facilities and a shaded play ground make the foreshore perfect for picnics. Fishing, scuba diving and out-rigger paddling are favoured sports.

Tranquil Sunset Bay is 200 m to the west and has boat mooring and launching facilities.

The famous Eimeo Pub is just a short stroll up the hill. The beer garden is famous for its fabulous views of Bucasia, the Cumberland Islands and Dolphin Heads. Views of the hinterland at sunset are breath taking.

Mackay's Northern Beaches are a preferred residential location and Eimeo is the smallest and prettiest of the villages.
