Our bungalow is a laid back, relaxed home that is of traditional Cayman architecture in style.

Cayman Seaside Villas at Breakers, Cayman Islands â€“ Cayman Seaside vacation rental villas are conveniently located a short 14.5 mile drive away from Owen Roberts Airport, Grand Cayman, in the beautiful seaside North East coast community of Breakers.

Our bungalow is a laid back, relaxed home that is of traditional Cayman architecture in style. We are across the street from our beach (the street is 30 feet wide and nothing obstructs the view from the house). The home has an oceanview front porch that is 35â€™ wide and has benches, Adirondack chairs and rockers for relaxing , gazing at the amazing sunsets or star filled nights, watching birds dive for prey (fish), sighting the fins of bone fish as they swim or sighting the passing cruise ships as they head back out to sea .

The rear of our Cayman villa home has multi level decks for tanning, BBQâ€™s, submerging in the hot tub, socializing or just hanging out. One deck has the BBQ grill (gas) and a picnic table for outdoor dining, another deck has the hot tub with a new arbor overhead for sheer relaxation, another has plastic Adirondack chairs that can be taken across to the beach as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off after an amazing snorkel or invigorating swim and yet another level has a second picnic table. All levels are connected and make for a great outdoor social gathering place.

Currently we are in the process of constructing a gazebo, also at the rear of the property, where we hope to eventually offer a free 1 night BBQ to our guests in a lush tropical atmosphere.

We have a private hot tub, a glass bottomed kayak, some snorkel gear, some water shoes, beach towels, beach umbrellas and an ice chest, that is all included in your cost. We also stock the fridge with a 1st morning continental breakfast for your group (bagels, cream cheese, milk, cereal, bread butter, orange juice and fruit).
