This Rental is by Owner for more personal attention to detail. Upon your arrival you will receive a welcome basket, fresh flowers, beverages, and a tour of the Resort, all necessary keys and access passes.

All of the prices are in US Dollars, and include all applicable municipal and federal taxes. Rates are subject to change at any time.

Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, payable by bank wire (please email for wire instructions) or Visa credit card. The remaining 50% must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Upon check-in, you are required to leave a $1,500 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of the villa at check-out.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided. However, we will gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability.

This is a non-smoking villa, smoking allowed only on the balcony please.
