Beach chairs and cooler to take downstairs to the beach, and a fully equipped kitchen with grocery essencials, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and other amenities. The apartment is very clean, safe and comfortable with unobstructed city views. You will be happy here!

Vacation Rental Amenities
The building is located right on the beach, with a large pool and kiddy pool on a lovely beachfront courtyard set with lounge chairs surrounded by trees. Our building also has 24hour security, reserved parking, restaurant on the lobby, laundry room, weight room, game room with billiards and ping-pong, tennis and basketball courts, Bar-B-Que area, and friendly people in a ralaxed, family oriented atmosphere.

Activities and Attractions
The studio is very conveniently located on the most popular beach of Puerto Rico. Walk directly from the lobby onto two miles of sandy beach on Condado and Ocean Park where you can find a beautiful plaza, beachfront restaurants and water sports such as surfing, beach volleyball and windsurfing. On the street, you can walk to hotels, casinos, restaurants, boutiques, 24-hour pharmacy and many other conveniences. A short drive away are museums, music venues, fabulous shopping (no sales tax) and the Colonial City of Old San Juan is only 7 minutes away with lots of night life and entertainment.
