The property is an award winning gated estate in the Hollywood Hills. The favorite place for many visitors is a bench carved from solid rock under a two hundred old oak tree where perigee hawks and owls make their home. All of this as a private garden.

The house is located on the top of a ridge in the rural Laurel Canyon area, and looks out on all of Los Angeles. This setting of rustic canyons with bungalows, a canyon country store, a local school and oak, laurel, pine and palm trees located in the center of a massive city is what makes Laurel Canyon unique in the world. A short drive away are the cinema / entertainment complexes including the granddaddy of them all - Universal CityWalk, the newly opened Grove, the Cinerama Dome complex and the newly renovated Mannâ€™s Chinese Theater. Abundant shopping for household items and every type of unique fashion, accessories and art are in a ten-minute drive on both the city side and valley.
