There are many breathtaking canals with beautiful scenery for all types of nature lovers. Itâ€™s an outstanding scenic tour through the rainforest. The property has electricity that runs along the coast and it has fresh water well for drinking. It also has many exotic plants and hardwood trees where white face monkeys make their homes as well as many exotic birds, toucans, songbirds, and much more.

Just about anything grows rapidly. The soil is very fertile. This beach property can be a beautiful tourist attraction with Private Park. The beaches in Tortuguero are nesting grounds for large turtles, as is my beach. This property is a very precious piece of land, close to all the national parks in Tortuguero. Costa Rica had set aside more than a quarter of the country for national parks and wild life refuges. There are no cars or traffic in Tortuguero, only boats. This helps protect the nature of the rainforest. There is a road to Tortuguero, which is rarely used. All people travel to Tortuguero by boat and to get to my farm. Either private boats or boat tours (which is a 45 minute boat ride from the main land).
Basically my farm is part of a Peninsula with many breathtaking canals. It has great potential for cabins and restaurant, which is in big demand in this part of the country. Filling a great need for the tourists. If you are unfamiliar with Costa Rica I will explain how to go from San Jose, the capital, to Tortuguero. Take the highway East from San Jose, which will be 48 miles to Guapiles. Then, continue North about 20 miles through the countryside and then you catch the boat to Tortuguero or Cano Palma where my farm is.
My farm is 30 acres with 700 feet of beachfront property. This is a very valuable piece of property and there is no doubt this land will double in value within 3 to 5 years. This is a hot spot for tourism in this part of the world.
