The architectural concept of villa no. 6 was developed around an enormous coral rock , approx. 8m long and 4m high, incorporating one side into the master bedroom, the other side looking onto the gardens. The site is 3664m2 and has a slight fall from the road towards the ocean front, which is coral rock. The gardens were left as original, with its wild coast vegetation and several large mature trees (grigi, palms, orchid).

The villa was built by a local Swiss contractor, with the highest quality building supplies available. Sanitary (flexible) piping and all fixtures were imported from Europe. All roofs are made from wood (piña tratada) imported from USA with the finest roof tiles available. The pool has two levels with a small (silent) waterfall in between. Electricity (110V and 240V, 60Hz) is supplied through the resort’s plant, guaranteeing 24h supply security. The house has its own 7000gal water cistern. The kitchen works on LPG gas. Numerous telephone and TV outlets Total build-over surface is approx. 680 m2.

In front of the main entrance there is a huge +400 year old Grigi tree. From a covered porch the main door is opening onto a covered terrace straight away displaying the main gardens, pool, the coral rock as well as a breathtaking ocean view. From here one reaches the several connected buildings with a main level (+6.55m) connecting to an upper level (+7.55m) and a lower level (+4.85m).

On the main level one finds

the master bedroom with the striking rock wall, californian king bed, seating set, lockable store room, large open bathroom with tub, shower, double sinks, large open walk-in dressing room, separate WC/bidet room.

The villa has been commissioned by the Swiss builder in March 1997 and has been carefully maintained ever since. Building materials as well as workmanship are of noticeably higher quality throughout when compared to local construction practise.

The villa is in the name of a limited liability company. A buyer can either buy the real estate from the company or the company itself.
