The beach house is six houses north of Ave Mora on Jaco Beach. Jaco beach is a sandy cove about a mile long, and for most of the year, one can walk into the water for several hundred feet and still be able to stand. When the wind blows, it becomes a surfer beach.

The property consists of a main house, a guest cottage, and a guest suite.

The main house has a king-size bed as well as a fold-out double bed. It has a large bathroom with his and her sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer. The guest suite has a queen bed and a shower bathroom, cable TV, A/C, and an overhead fan.

The town of Jaco parallels the beach, and is half a block in from it. The town has many different restaurants, bars, and clubs, as well as two supermarkets and several banks. In town, one can go fishing (in-shore and off-shore, good all year round), diving, horse back riding, off roading, or go on a "Canopy Tour" where the sights include monkeys, macaws and other forest life.
