Our Loghome is one of the most beautiful houses in the Cariboo. Bridge Lake is one of the nicest lakes from over 8.000 lakes in the Cariboo Region. This Loghome is very well suitable for a holiday home, for permanent residential living or could be used as a very special Bed & Breakfast-Place.

Weather
The Weather in BC is varying in the different regions. Vancouver and the Lower Mainland have lots of wind and rain. Along the coast towards Prince Rupert you will also have lots of rain.
Our weather in the Interior (Cariboo region) is totally different. Here we do have four seasons, a short spring and fall, long summers and beautiful winters. The summer is mostly nice and warm and hot for about 6 weeks. Most of the time it is dry and suitable for the many outside activities. Our winter can get cold but it is a dry cold and makes you feel very comfy being outside. We also have lots of snow but it snows only a few days through the winter. For that we are prepared with a snow blower. We have lots of fun in the snow enjoying the blue sky and the sunshine. In February we usually enjoy a few hours a day on the sundeck already.
Since we where living in different countries before we really must say we never found such a dry and well-balanced clime.

Bridge Lake is located app. 550 km north-northeast of Vancouver and app. 140 km north of Kamloops.
You are going by airplane to Vancouver. From there you have two choices:
a) By car you are in 5 Â½ hours on Bridge Lake.
b) From Vancouver by Airplane to Kamloops and from there by car in 1 Â½ hours to Bridge Lake.
