We travelled much while living on this property and always found it was easy to find reliable caretakers. Everything is established and easy to maintain. This property can provide you with a leisurely lifestyle or a fulltime occupation and income.

Location
On the outskirts of a country village, 3 kms from the highway to Sydney and Brisbane. The coast is 2 hours away. The village has a kindergarten and primary school and school buses go to Armidale, 20 mins away. Armidale is famous for its education. It has a number of private/boarding schools, a University and Colleges.

Increasing numbers of people have moved to the Armidale country because of its services and pleasant climate (away from the heat and overcrowded coastal areas and cities). There are daily air services to Brisbane, Sydney and Tamworth and a number of people are commuting and running their businesses from their secluded country estate.

Owners
The owners of this property were: a university academic (f) and a pilot (m). We lived on this property for 28yrs building it up to its present splendour! Our services are now being needed elsewhere and therefore we have put this magnificient haven on the market.
