The house is of typical caribbean design with high ceilings and light colors, a balcony and small staircase leading to the front door of the house. A dining room and living room lead to an indoor garden where the rooms open up to in a parallel way leading to the backdoor of the house and the staircase to the second floor room and balcony. There is a corridor leading to the side entrance where there is also a visitors bathroom and shower. This corridor also has the linen closet and waterpump and watertank access.

There is an additional entrance for the managers loft with an additional bathroom and also storage area and a washing machine. There are 2 additional sleeping lofts with external access for additional staff. The kitchen area has a semi enclosed wraparound bar/table with stools and a storage area with 2 large freezer and refrigerator of high quality stainless steel. There are additional refrigerator and freezer outside the storage area.
