This land is a great deal, we're selling this property for about $450/acre. An article from a few years ago about a government buyout in the area mentions a reference price of USD 1000/acre for land in the area (although more rocky and less accessible then this property).

There are many fun things you can do on this land. There is an unpaved road and two little streams crossing the land. The unpaved road that crosses the property leads to a better unpaved road. Nearby, there are airstrip and a place called "East Gluch Water Hole" where these roads meet. Since the road crosses the land diagonally, there is a lot of road frontage. The diagonal length is almost one mile.

The land is close to Betty's butte. If you like taking pictures, or making
movies, you'll find spectacular views. Also, if your movies involve explosions, burning cars or other wild stunts, this place has all the privacy you need

You can build on the land. Your building would have to be called a farm or a ranch and would have to have something to do with agriculture. Hobbyfarming is OK.
