Bedrooms: One double and one twin.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms (one en suite to the double bedroom).

Utility Room: Washing machine (Miele), electric iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Entertainment: Satellite TV, VCR (both remote controlled).

Outside: Large private balcony with table and four chairs, clothes dryer, private swimming pool, four sunbeds, four chairs, umbrella, and private parking.

Security: T.V, intercom, remote controlled entrance gates and caretaker.

Pets: Not allowed.

Completed approximately 10 years ago, the apartment has air conditioning and central heating and has been recently refurbished to 5 star standard.

Shops, restaurants, local buses and taxis, together with two 5 star hotels are all within easy walking distance.

The airports at Paphos and Larnaca are virtually equi-distant and about 35/40 minutes by taxi. Arrangements can be made at a reasonable cost for guests to use the facilities at the L'Onda Beach hotel (5 star) which is a two minute walk away. Availability for 1998:

At present the apartment is available from 7th August to 23rd October.

A winter let from November 1st, 98 to April 30th, 99 is also on offer, the price to be arranged by negotiation.

Rental Terms for 1998:

Terms: 50% deposit. Balance due 8 weeks before departure. Payable in pounds sterling by cheque or by bank draft.

May - October Â£600 per week

Long term Winter rental November - April : Price on application.
