We are simply delighted and suggest very early booking to avoid disappointment. The pretty village of Peyia, with its local charm and character is less than a mile away and the villa affords wonderful views across open countryside to Coral Bay and the sea beyond.

As you enter the ground floor from the impressive front entrance, you cannot help but be impressed by the opulence of the furnishings and fittings that this lovely house has to offer. Attractive arches split the open-plan lounge /dining room and patio doors lead to the spacious front terrace. There is satellite TV (limited channels), video and up to the minute CD player and also a card telephone. The beautifully fitted kitchen leads off from the rear of the dining area and comes complete with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

On the lower ground floor is a shower and WC. On this level also is to be found the spacious studio, which has a double bed, small lounge area with kitchenette and shower/WC. Large patio doors open from the studio onto the lower sun terraces and those lovely views. The studio is available at a supplement. The large 13x6 meters pool is set to the side of the property and is surrounded by spacious terraces. A purpose built barbeque and comfortable outside furniture make this a focal point for living and dining and soaking up the glorious Cyprus sunshine.

On the lower ground terrace there is table tennis for your added enjoyment. Centrally heated during the winter months and full air-conditioned for the hot summer months is in your villa.
