Located in Ovacick, this area is very quiet and peaceful. 10 mins away you can find the lively village of HisaronÃ¼, where you will find lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Monday is market day in HisaronÃ¼, where you can find lots of bargains and practice your bartering skills. 15mins away is the main town of Fethiye, where you can take a walk along the harbour and maybe catch a boat around the 12 islands. There is plenty to see and do and we will leave an imformation pack at the villa so you will know all the best places to go.

The top floor of the villa, comprises of three bedrooms, 1 twin, 2 doubles, 1 with en-suite shower and w.c. All bedrooms are fitted with large double wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

All the bedrooms have french door balconies, except for the twin bedroom which has its own terrace. From the upper landing there is another terrace area where you can sit relax and take in the breathtaking scenery of the mountains and the sea.

The middle floor has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area all with modern facilities for your convenience and comfort. shower/w.c. There are 3 french doors that lead out onto the 40sq metre terrace, again where you can take in the beautiful scenery.

The lower floor comprises of a totally self-contained apartment. This includes again, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with 2 french doors leading out onto another 40sq metre terrace that overlooks the 40sqm kidney shaped pool. The kitchen is inclusive of all modern facilities for your convenience and comfort. Double bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space and french doors leading out onto the terrace. Large bathroom with full size bath and shower.

This lower apartment can be made seperate from the upper part of the villa if required, it has a seperate outside entrance, and a lockable door on the middle floor,but at the same time kept open as part of the villa. Should anyone be interested in just the apartment then this can be rented seperately with sole use of the swimming pool. Alternatively, the lower apartment can be closed off and just the two upper floors can be rented,still with sole use of the swimming pool, depending on your requirements and budget.
