We are offering to lease/sell our property to any prestigious company. The hotel is need of some minor renovations (i.e. paint, cleaning, furniture..) and we are ready to custom renovate according to your needs. We are also ready to lease the hotel on "as is" basis. Also, we are ready to sell our 50% share ownership of the hotel. The co-owners are the heirs of an Iraqi citizen living in Iraq, who wish to lease and not sell at this time.

Here are the lease/buy options

1- Lease the hotel "as is", unfurnished, and operate it as you wish.

2- We will furnish the hotel as per your specifications, and lease it to you and you can operate it as you wish.

3- I can sell my 50% ownership of the hotel. In this case, you would need to make a lease agreement with the heirs of my ex-partner in Baghdad.

Our hotel was built in the late 1980â€™s, and it has 56 modern single rooms with a bathroom in each room, 2 suites, 2 restaurants facilities, a huge kitchen, central air conditioning and heating, 2 â€œOTISâ€�? elevators, laundry facilities, and a main Lobby with offices.
