The Marina consists of a main building, coast guard house, and a T shaped jetty.

The mainbuilding is a mansion stylish building with a ground area of 330 sq. meters in two floors. Inside a centrally hall is placed with a spiral staircase, which connects the two levels and roof area. At the wings of this hall at ground floor there are placed 5 rooms and a big classroom, and similar placed in the top floor 7 rooms are present. In both levels bathrooms are placed.

The jetty is T shaped consisting of a pier with a length of 320 meter, and at the end of this it continues with a crosswise placed pier of with a length of 60 meters. At this last pier the depth is 4 meters. 5 big safariboats or 8 smaller dayboats can be moored here. It is possible to tank the boats with water through pipes in the jetty from a 50 m3 tank in land.

The construction of the jetty is made by steelcolumns hammered 8-10 meter in the sea bed and filled with concrete. These columns are mutual connected with steelgirdes upon which the deck made by heavy wooden planks is resting.

At the Red Sea, the beach and coastline and what is builded upon these belongs to the Egyptian State. For this reason the owners of the Marina cannot be owners of the jetty, but they have the solely right to use it commercially.

At the foot of the jetty, the coast guard house is placed. This coast guard house is around 25 sq. meters and consists of 3 offices, reserved for the coastguard. Usually this house is empty and locked.

The Marina is partly finished, and the new owner has to finish the marina.

This concerns windows, interior design and finishing of the building. Establishing the beach for guests. Establishing lighting on the Jetty.
