Apartment C-7 is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of house C in the complex Résidences Alexandra. Access by lift or stair-case. The large balcony of Apartment C-7 offers spectacular views of the valley and mountain ranges toward the south and toward the west where the valley opens up to allow undisturbed viewing of the sunset.

The large (34 m2) dining area and lounge with custom built fireplace in natural stones opens up to the spacious gallery (57,2 m2) on the 3rd floor which is reached via the curved custom built wooden staircase.
The large balcony (22 m2) on the south side is accessible through the double doors in the lounge as well as through the sin-gle door in the dining area.

On the 3rd floor, the gallery (39,8 m2) is furnished with custom built cabinets and shelving along the entire wall and provides a unique and pleasant space for relaxation, television viewing etc. and opens up to the lounge and dining area.

The third bedroom (18,6 m2) has a large skylight and also provides access to a convenient and spacious storage room run-ning the full length of the bedroom above the bathroom on the 2nd floor.

To the apartment belongs also a storage room in the cellar as well as a parking space in the underground-parking garage situated under the complex.

Furthermore a sauna/fitness room and a washing facility with modern washing machines and tumble dryers is at the disposal of the residents in each of the 5 units of Résidences Alexandra.

The apartment is reached through either the stairwell or the elevator through the underground garage or through the main door.
