If you are familiar with the Cinque Terre, you know what breathtaking beauty it is composed of. This villa,and its surrounding land, is set midway on an overlooking hill. You have sunshine all day long and have a 360 degree views of the Mediterrenean sea, the medieval village of Monterosso and the beautiful countryside to the rear of the villa. The villa is fully accessible with a private driveway and parking lot. The villa's garden in fenced in with a heavy gate leading to the main road. There is a path that leads into the old part of Monterosso and Mare. The beach is roughly a 15 minute's walk downhill. Besides being suitable for a private habitation, the property would be ideal for investment such as opening a restaurant or a bed and breakfast.

The property is an excellent investment because it has already been approved for further building and expansion. The National Park of the Cinque Terre, on which the villa and its property lie, has severely restricted construction but with the approved project already completed, you would have full permission to enlarge, construct and renovate.

There is a ample cellar and various sheds around the property.
