There are 2.5 km of natural sand beach, at two locations ("Capo Nord" and "Centro Sportivo") there are commercial parts of the beach where you can rent umbrellas, beds and deck chairs. The car traffic on the island is strictly limited, cars may only go from the island entrance to your house and back, and there is a speed limit of 30 km/h all over the island. For moving on the island the main vehicle is the bicycle which can be rented at the bike hire in the center of the island.
