There is also a large wood burning fireplace and a dual A/C and HEATING system, affording comfortable year round living. This cottage will accommodate up to 6 persons, using the double sofa sleeper in the living room.

The former stables building has been renovated to provide 3 lovely bright and spacious self contained cottages.
It has approx. 1900 sq. ft. of living space and approx. 600 sq. feet of partially covered terrace for al-fresco dining.

ARAMIS cottage offer 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan lounge/dining room with a full kitchen. using a double sofa sleeper it will accommodate up to 8 persons.

d'ARTAGNAN cottage offers 2 double bdrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate eat in kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed. Accommodates up to 6 persons.

PORTOS cottage offers a large double bedroom, ensuite bathroom and lounge diner with a kitchenette. The lounge has a msall sofa sleeper suitable for small children.

POOLSIDE cottage is a separate stone building lying at the far end of the summer patio. It offers approx. 600 sq. fr. of living space. It is awaiting final renovation with most of the materials to complete being on site.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Famous NOGARO auto racing circuit, ultra lite, glyder and single engine pilotage schools. Cycling, equestrian, aquatic sports at the local 190 acre. lake, fishing and golf, etc.

The property is a mere 3K from a village with all amenities including school, grocers, butchers, bakers, hotel/restaurant/ post office, beauty salons, public tennis and even its own bull ring!
