All bedrooms have wardrobes, mirrors and plenty of electric sockets. There is also a shower room (with toilet/bidet and wash basin) on this floor.

The second floor has a double bedroom, with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning unit and a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet/bidet. There is a large roof sun terrace, fully equipped with sun loungers and umbrella.

The house and site are well maintained with excellent security throughout the night. There is a large communal pool for guests to use.

The house is located just 5 minutes drive from all local ammenities - sandy beach with safe swimming and water sports, golf courses, horse riding, aqua park and zoo. It is also just 3 kilometres from the local towns of Kadriye and Belek, where you can find extensive shopping and excellent restaurants - many of which you can still eat for under Â£5 per person.

For people wishing to entertain at home there are a number of supermarkets in both towns, however, the local 'Yildiz' market at the bottom of the road offers most provisions, including freshly baked bread each morning and some hot snacks to take away. The owner 'Bullent' is local, speaks English and is always a good source of information. There is also a laundry, where you can get your entire holiday washing cleaned and pressed for just a few pounds!
