FORMULA

It concerns full ownership of a luxury apartment. If you buy an apartment for £50,000 and also luxury furniture for £8,200; legal costs of £750; your total investment would be £58,950.

You will receive a guaranteed rental invoice of 10% during 10 years on the price of the real estate, which in the above example would be £5,000. Including this rental agreement you will have the right of own use for 6 weeks per year in the period of 1 November – 1 June and you will get vouchers for 42 days inclusive for free (only for owners). Everybody else will have a discount during these weeks of 40% on the average price of the all inclusive system. Are you committed on high season? No problem, from your guaranteed rental income you can afford a lot of holidays in this season.

The rental company will be responsible for paying all the maintenance, so you will have no other costs.

Your rental income will be paid per year and will be covered by a bank guarantee of a European Bank.
