It was declared a protected territory in 1943. Golden Sands tourist complex covers a territory of 177,13 hectares. Thus the larger part of the park is preserved in its natural state, untouched by human hand. The proximity of the sea, the mild climate and the sea breeze have influenced strongly the flora and fauna in the park which is why it differs greatly from the other national parks. The thick deciduous forest with entwined creeping plants in places gently descends to the seacoast. Among this magnificent greenery nestle 69 hotels, 14 of which 4-star, and most of the rest 3-star. It is solid brick-built structure with flats from 54 sq.m - 116 sq.m and maisonettes from 120 sq.m - 150 sq.m. The time fixed for finalizing the construction is 31. All apartments will be constructed with top quality materials: in the entrance and the corridor the flooring will be terracotta, the walls - papered and the ceiling - latex; in the living room the flooring is laminated, the walls - papered, the ceiling - latex painted and there will be furniture. The balcony is with granitogres. In the bathroom the flooring will be stone, the walls with bathroom pannels, the ceilings - latex; there will be faience fixtures, a shower cabin and bathroom accessories.       • "Property Management" Ltd is in constant contact with the property owner by keeping him/ her informed for present, past and future reservations, as well as the rent sums.
      • Fixed tariffs per night for short-term tenants. All current expenses at the short-term rent (electricity, water, cable TV, Internet) are at the expense of the owner.
      • Long-term rents are agreed upon additionally by the tenant and "Property Management" Ltd. as a representative of the property owner. Usually, when letting a property for a long period, the current expenses are paid by the tenant.
      • Practically, experience sofar shows that short-term rents provide higher income and the team of "Property Management" Ltd. expects that the Iglika apartments will give a minimum of 5 % return of the investment made during the 1st year and about 8 - 10 % during the 2nd one.
