If you require a home telephone and broadband connection this can be arranged for an extra fee, as can water storage facilities and electricity generators (for emergencies). Our homes are unfurnished but can be furnished at your request.

Our Thai Lawyers can also deal with all Visa Issues, Work Permits, Company Formation, opening of Bank Accounts and obtaining Driving Licences Etc.

We already have plans to build a further site adjacent to this development and we intend to put a tennis court, a gymnasium, a restaurant and bar on site which would be open to all residents.
