30 - 48% interest of an unique jungle resort / lodge in the Amazon for sale. Recently constructed, this lodge has been offered to our club as an exclusive listing to promote, sell, and / or manage. An option might be a 15% development interest for US$ 75,000; US$ 25,000 Down and US$ 2,000 per month.

Andetur International's Club members have committed to purchasing a portion of the shares of the club.

Our interest, as we have clients and local administration in place, would be to market and manage the lodge for either 'absentee owners' or investors interested in getting involved in the evolving tourism business in the Amazon region of Brazil.

This would be an ideal situation for a 'retiree' interested in working with our directors.

2002 - 2003 has been designated by the United Nations as the 'International Year of Eco-Tourism' ... and this lodge fits all the catagories of interest. Both eco-tourism and cultural tours are proposed using the lodge as a base. Also of interest is the fantastic sports fishing in the area.

The lodge consists of 16 rooms with additional rooms still and a fish camp still under construction, 1,200 +/- acres on either side of the Rio Urubu, 3 private islands - one with with the fish lodge under construction, one with space for a small airport, and space for an owners residence.
