This two hill are the hightest land in Prahina, the best sea view you can find in Fortaleza !! But not only in Fortaleza , before buying it I look around in Natal Recife Salvador Marceo , and not findig better I come back to buy it in Praina .

Opposit the two hill there is other sea view grounds where you can built
bungalow for renting ( all the land is around 14500 square metre !)
The land in Prainha is going for valutation because many hotel are in plan for building , so is a new road to Fortaleza

The house and it's land as I sed are
locate in Prainha , that is a small fisherman village 20 minute from Fortaleza
Fortaleza might mean strong wind ( thenk it, that alway blow, you'll never soffer the olready nice teperature from 26 to 31 degree )

There is a large swimming pool overlooking the sea : 6 by 12 metre

All the villa ' rooms have panoramic sea view ..... they are very large : around 70-100 sqm , on the other hand all things in Brasil are extensive .

Also the garden surronding the 500 sqm house is huge : more than 14000 metre square of land whith lot of natural trees , white sand , and 250-300 metre of private road .

Three bathroom, one for floor , also them thery large too !

1)The first floor have two room one bathroom and a large kitchen

2)The second floor have a large sitting-room 12 by 9 sqm , a large room
with 3 bad separed by curtains and a bathroom (for five person )

3)The third floor whith 360 Â°panoramic sea view and large terrace, is the "stallion 'suit" you can go there by a staircase covered by glass window.
It has bathroom, sitting room, kitchen and a big nice horse' bed ! (2 by 2 metre ) all in one room ( except the bathroom of course that is separated ) of 100 sqm plus 100 sqm of open terrace .

The beds have new soft pillow, new mattresses ,new sheets with elastic, and a fan .
There are :
three double big bad of (2 by 2 metre ) total for 6 persons
one double large of (1,75 by 2,10 metre ) for 2 persons
one singol of (1,45 by 1,90 metre ) for 1 persons
as you can see each people can get the maximum confort from the new large beds
You will have very good relaxing night !

All the furnishing is thery nice : look in my web site the cupboard beach , the coconut ' basket , the woodcupboard , the orange and watermelon cest , and the large wood table in the kitchen .

Only then you come here you can realise that the house with its sea view is unique ,it hasn't comparison with the other houses , at least in Fortaleza !

From may until october I'm used to leave in italy , so the whole house is for rent, from october to may I can rent only the first and second floor enought for 7 person , because the third floor is for myself.

The price for a week is :
250 Euro , first floor ( for two persons )
350 Euro , third floor ( for two person )
400 Euro , second floor (for five persons)
500 Euro , first and second floor ( for 7 person )
700 Euro , the whole house ( for 9 person)

For one month just multiply for four

Outside the house the children can enjoy wolking on the fresh sand under the trees... in the large natural private garden around the house they could also downhill skiing on the sand !

From the garage you can take your rent car, change the gear and go down on the beach, touch the water with the whell and go where you like ...
you can't do this in Europe' beach ! If you don't want to rent the car the nearest shopping is in a walk distance ,so as the beach , about 600 metre
that is five minute walking .

The house from the airport of Fortaleza is less then 40 minute of taxi
