A minimum deposit of 5% of the purchase price is required to begin closing. The seller agrees to pay all closing costs and Rio Wild Properties will arrange for the buyer to secure all documentation necessary to complete the sell. Buyer must arrange to travel to Brazil within a reasonable time period to complete closing (title paperwork cannot be completed until the buyer has obtained a . number ,the equivalent of a 'Brazilian social security number' and he/she must be in Brazil for this). Rio Wild Properties will arrange for pick-up and drop-off at airport.
