villa has been converted into a four unit apartment. Every effort was made to retain the old charm while modernizing each apartment. This is seen in the rich parque flooring to the 11-foot ceilings and antique furnishings and hunting trophies.
Each apartment has its own kitchen and washer and dryer. The apartments are fully furnished for all the occupants long term needs.
On-site management is available to see to the special needs of tenants.
The villa is nestled beneath a 1500 foot wooded ridge that is part of a national nature preserve. A marked walking trail runs by the villa, and on two sides, the villa is bounded by hop fields. There are one and a half acres of terraced grounds surrounding the villa highlighted by ancient trees and flowers.
There are two apartments currently available for rent on a one month minimum basis. All services are provided with the rent, e.g. heat, water, electric and garbage collection. Arrangements for cleaning and meals can be made seperately with the villa staff at very reasonable prices.
The two-bedroom, 1000 square foot apartment, rents for $600 a month with occupancy not to exceed six persons.
The one-bedroom, 650 square foot apartment, rents for $300 a month with occupancy not to exceed three persons.
Off-street secure parking is available to tenants. The villa grounds are fenced and gated. Pets are permitted and kennel facilities are available.
