there are three properties. in Calabria (southern Italy) on the jonian coast 15 km far from Catanzaro the main town of the region. they are little villas with garden semidetached situated in a residence at seaside.
1) the first has two double bedrooms a bathroom (with shower) and the hall with the use of kitchen furnished with new stuff . also has got washing machine. It has got a surface of 45 m2. it's has got a garden with a table, bbq and 2 deckchairs. there is a little garden at the backside with a shower.
2)the second little villas is similar to this one and the only differenceis that has got only one double bedroom and at the hall there is a bunk-bed.
The thirdone is the same of the second but it's larger than it: 50 mq with garden.
Eachone is suitable for four persons furnisched with wash basin cooking machine, washing machine.
services available by payment: daily cleaning, babysitting, and we usually try to satisfy some kind of customer's request.
They are far 45 km by Lamezia terme airport code SUF.
Surroundig area: it's a touristic place not inhabitated during wintertime, very silently suitable for who love fairground and open space. the closer area consists in a ground of olive trees. there are near only few shops reachable on foot: chemistry, bar pizzarias, restaurant, pub, greenseller. for the other (supermarket, ) it's necessary to have got a car.
Attractions: Porto d'orra Golf club: 9 holes, it's possible to ride horse, tennis etc archeological and monumental place: there are three archeological site of "Magna Grecia"(: Locri, skilleton (squillace), and the temple of Hera Lacinia) and very beauty medieval little village, a castle on the sea (Le Castella)'s very near (40 km)The Calabrian national park (in mountains) unique in his kind called Sila. at the end there is also a natural reserve in the sea (riserva marina di capo rizzuto).
At the moment of booking I usually take a deposit of 30% of the entire cost. it can be sent to me by money transfer (to the bank) or by telegraphic money order to my address.
