The accomodation which is at ground level, consists of a large bed/sitting room with one single bed and a 'divan letto' which converts into a double bed, a large wardrobe, table and chairs, kettle, fridge and TV.
There are no cooking facilities.
The separate bathroom has WC Bidet and a shower.
Double doors lead onto a patio and garden. There is a balcony to sit under when it is hot, and out here is the perfect place to breakfast!
You are just 3 mins from the main road, 3 kms from a village shop and bar, 6kms from the nearest restaurant and 12 kms from a large supermarket. There are several restaurants in the area.
The house is close to fragrant pine forests which are lovely for walking in. It is also close to several Medieval cities e.g. Arezzo, Citta di Castello and Cortona, the latter being close to Lake Trasimeno which has a beach from where you can swim, or take a boat trip.
