Two bedroom apartment (three double beds), situated in a quiet, secure, low-rise condo complex close to Czerniakowski Lake and half way between Lazienki Park and Wilanow Palace park along the Royal Route. 10 minute drive to downtown, buses at the doorstep, close to shopping centres (Sadyba’s Best Mall with IMAX Theatre and Panorama).
Parking (deposit for the pilot required), cable TV, hi-speed Internet connection (on request, not included in the price), balcony, fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. Bigger bedroom can serve as a living room or a study.
Cleaning service and complimentary welcome make-your-own breakfast food supplies provided. Suits quiet people. No smoking or only on the balcony.
Daily rate is 60 Euro, negotiable for single or double occupancy.
One week deposit is required for guests staying longer than two weeks.
One month deposit is required for guests staying longer than two months.
A lease longer than two months can be renegotiated to lower base rent with the tenant taking the responsibility for the utilities and maintenance fee.
