This beautiful house is great for a large group of people or for few people who want privacy and alot of space. The upper level of this home contains the master bedroom with its own A/C, one bedroom, kitchen, living room with A/C, dining area, and bathroom. The lower level contains 2 bedrooms with an A/C and a bathroom. There is a third room of equal size to the 2 bedrooms which contains a couch that converts into a full-size bed. Both levels contain their own balcony which run the entire length of the front of the house.

Above the upper level is the terrace that spans the entire area of the house. This terrace comes with a stone BBQ grill and palapa (a small roof supported by 4 brick beams that provides shade). The pool is next to the terrace with the poolroom and bathroom located above it. Since the pool and BBQ grill are located next to the terrace this third "level" is especially great for parties and large gatherings. From this "level" you can enjoy the incredible mountain view of Acapulco and the city.

The garage is located below the house itself. Two stairways are located besides both sides of the house, one leading to the terrace and the other leading to both the house and terrace.

There is also a beautiful secluded beach located just a 5 minute walk from the house. The famous "Quebrada" is a 5 minute drive from the house as well.
