Our resort is situated on East Bull Lake. This lake is spring fed and small, about two miles by three quarters of a mile wide. It is one hundred and twenty feet deep and has lake trout, bass and walleye. We are surrounded by many lakes with easy access with speckle trout, pike, splake etc.

We are surrounded by many lakes with easy access with speckle trout, pike, splake etc. Our resort has six self contained cabins, a large utility building, a three thousand square foot two storey home/restaurant (less than ten years old). We do not have electricty. The main house is electically wired and can be run with a generator. All appliances are propane and lights are propane. Solar is a viable option.

The house and cottage are all wood heat. The house has a propane space heater for back up. House and cottages are all winterized and do run year round.

Boats, motors, canoes, life jackets are included. A Skidoo, a ATV, two small honda gernators are also included. Most everything at the lodge will stay with the lodge except for personal furnishings.

There are hundreds of miles of trails for ATVs and snowmachines. The resort has close to one thousand square kilometers of bear management area. The lodge has two moose tags.
