Located in the stone built village of Gradiz, 3km from the town of Aguiar da Beira and close to the beautiful market city of Viseu, this house is built out of handhewn granite blocks. It features hand-painted cielings in the reception rooms and has many bedrooms. The walls and roof (new) are in good conditon, but having been closed for many years the house requires attention.

The bottom floor has many rooms and cellars for the storage of wine and cereals, from the days when the house was at the heart of a vast farm.
