The building stands on Piazza Ricci, the main square of the village, and looks like an imposing building that was once inhabited by local natbles among whom is Lucia della Massa, wifw of Cesare de' Medici who was for long time the Gonfalonier of Premilcuore between the 17th and the 18th century.

The two adjoining buildings forming the palace are still today recognizable and the overall extern aspect appears unified by the long and simple three-stored-facade. The monumental effect is ensured by two twin portals, barred window and a rapid rhytmic series of entrances.

The interior hosts in the ground floor a room decorated with temperas and on the first floor an interested salon with coffered ceiling and a curvilinear sandstone fireplace worth to be seen.

Its luxury rooms host today exibithions and meetings along with a ceramic an leather gift shop.
