24-hour security and maintenance :
There is an onsite head Office based within the complex. The Office gives all information about security, maintenance and any other questions you might have. The security included is a security guard that walks the grounds of the complex patrolling the area inside the apartment block and the grounds outside. You can inform the office when you are not going to be there for a while and they will keep a closer eye on your property. Maintenance includes the cleaning and decoration of the apartment block, inside and out. This means inside: stairwells are clean and painted, lifts are maintained and serviced fire extinguishers checked and replaced when necessary. Outside: the painting and decoration of the apartment blocks, the cleaning and maintaining of the pools and a gardener that looks after the garden. The price for this is £12.00 a month.

Alanya’s beautiful beaches are very popular. These places are all within walking distance. Travelling is very simple in the area. Minibuses (Dolmush)run every five minutes. The buses go to Alanya city centre and other towns, it cost about 30 pence per person.
The cost of living in Turkey is very cheap. Electrical goods are slightly cheaper than England and taxes are very low. Petrol is almost the same as England. There is a local market in the area once a week with fresh local food and home made goods.
