Our booming Hotel – Restaurant is located in the centre of the city of Cegléd (35 000 inhabitants) at approximately 60 kilometres from Budapest. In the last few years we have fully renewed and renovated our Hotel-Restaurant. We would like to mention a few examples:
(2003) Fully renewed kitchen, which meets the requirements determined in the European HACCP procedures.
(2005) New central heating system and warm water installation “Buderus�.
(2003)Attractive beautifully equipped restaurant for approximately 60 persons. We are proud to add that our beautiful adjacent terrace can be used in the summer.
(2003-2005) On the first and the second floor of the complex 9 fully renewed hotel rooms are located. Off course each room is fully equipped. We are glad to announce that every room disposes of a bath room (with bath or shower). The hotel offers single rooms, double rooms and rooms with three of four rooms with a total capacity of 22 beds. Furthermore, the hotel has a linen room, where the laundry is washed and ironed with modern, industrial machines.
Unfortunately, in connection with private circumstances, we have to sell our booming hotel, but it’s probably a perfect occasion for ambitious people, who don’t need to take of a number a practical matters after purchasing, like promotional and marketing activities and selection of qualified staff. We dispose of qualified staff with a professional attitude. This booming restaurant can be managed without all these additional activities. Off course, the restaurant is immediately profitable, which is extremely important.
Off course we dispose of the necessary licences. These are for inspection like the annual returns and turnover.
