Our goal has been to keep the land (25 acres) here as pristine as the day we arrived. There are three white sand beaches, tide pools, ocean caves, and miles of undisturbed mountains and tropical forrests.

The biodiversity here is endless. This area is the temporary and permanent home to some three hundred species of birds including; woodpeckers, hawks, parrots, humming birds,etc.. The marine life includes; sea turtles, several species of whales, giant mantas, etc.. The surrounding mountains provide shelters to many animals including deer, coyotes, armadillo, tijon and the exotic jaguar.

Remote eco colonies like ours have been popping up across the world as a response to the obnoxiousness of modern tourist locations. Once charming, low keyed resort cities have metamorphasised into noisy,expensive, and crowded entertainment centers.

Our private colony is NOT FOR EVERYONE. We are now looking for like-minded escapist for the second phase of construction.

We are located about thirty miles South of Pt. Vallarta. (see map on website) The most practical access is by daily water taxi. The scheduled water taxi takes about an hour. The coastal ride is spectacular passing several picturesqe, palapa style fishing villages unchanged by outside influences.

Most of the owners now use their cottages as vacation hideaways. When not

The $48,000 price includes the cottage and land under the cottage. There is no lot size to consider because we use the twenty-five acres as an open common area. No fences or barriers are alowed. The community is low density of dwellings to land area so there is maximum privacy.

The cottages are completely self contained with most of the comforts of home including a kitchen with stove and refrigerador, a bathroom with hot and cold water. Over four years ago our organization was given
exclusive rights to build and promote tropical
cottages within an enviromentaly restrictive community.
Biologist sent by the Mexican government set down restrictive
C C & R's. limiting size of dwellings, strict septic systems and uniform construction. There are prohibitions in forrest cutting, hunting and importing non-indigenous plant life. There can be no pets,
mechanized toys. (motorcycles, generators etc..) During the turtle season, (summer) beach facing lights must be turned off.
