We are located in the X region of Chile, region of the "lakes", well known for their lushes forests and volcanos.

We are located in the X region of Chile, region of the "lakes", well known for their lushes forests and volcanos. Lake Ranco has a total of 7 islands all open to visitors in particular "isla Guapi" that is a 2000 acre Mapuche colony one with purest indigenous traditions, all islands can be reached by boat available during high season. This area is well known for its salmon fishing, wild boar hunting, water rafting and sailboating.

The cabins are located on the main road that surrounds the lake (paved) "Camino Calcurrupe" named after the river Calcurrupe in which we are at walking distance. The cabins are surrounded by native forests and next to a natural spring water formed by the melting winter snow. We are also at walking
distance from the isolated of the lake. All of our cabins are newly hand made with native wood, have an outdoor deck with a beautiful view of the lake and are fully equiped with modern artifacts that make life easier and your stay much more comfortable.

In the same property we have a picnic area for barbecuing and a small swimming pool (5 ft high). Kids can hand pick wild berries and local apples, learn how to fish, horse-back riding and how to paddle or ride a motor boat.

In the vecinity there is a spa that offers a restaurant service, horse-back riding (tours available), soccer fields, and hot spring waters (waters that have health properties due to their mineral contents and soothing effects) in an open and jaccuzi like form.

Llifen is a small town that offers small markets, home made mermalades, typical breads of all sorts, cookies and pastries. The nearest city is Valdivia about 1 1/2 hour drive from us where you can enjoy many city tours, historical museums and the city life of malls and internet cafe's.

Upon arrival wether from Valdivia's airport or bus station; although during high season there are buses that arrive directly to Futrono or Llifen, we can offer pick-up service or car rental arrangements upon request.

So dont postpone it any longer get yourself unwinded with the sounds of the lake's waves. Give yourself the treat of waking up every morning to chirping birds and get lost at every dusk with a daily unique display of a breathtaking sunset sitting from the comfort of your deck.

RENTAL RATES

April-November 2005 (low season) $350/week up to 4-6 people,
except September 11-19 (Independance week) $100/day.
Dicember-March 2005 (high season) $700/week up to 4-6 people,
except Dicember 23 - January 2 (holidays) $125/day

DEPOSIT

Requires a 25% deposit at the time of reservation, must be obtained prior to arrival or before the end of November. The rest will be expected in advance upon arrival.

REFUNDS

Upon cancellation deposit shall be returned if done 60 days upon arrival date. If less than 60 days will be returned depending on ability to re-rent reserved dates.
